1. Finding your new home online
a) Search online like agents do. The Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS provides rēhava with information on all available homes. You have access to all available homes in the area even if the seller is not represented by rēhava. You can setup your own customized searches with automatic notifications.
b) You can also schedule a time to meet us at the real estate store to have a rehava REALTOR create a customized search for you.
2. Financing Pre-Approval
As part of the rehava home buying process you agree to obtain financing pre-approval prior to scheduling and making offers. This gives you certainty about which price range to concentrate your search on. You will also be in a much stronger position to make an offer. You can apply for your free pre-approval directly on our website. rēhava will assist you in getting pre-approved at no cost to you.
3. Schedule Showings
Simply click on the 'schedule showing' when searching online to arrange a time.
A rēhava Agent will confirm the exact the time. We ask that you meet us in person at our office prior to your first showing. Future showings can be scheduled to meet directly at the property if you prefer. All showings will be conducted by a rēhava Agent who is a fully licensed REALTOR.
Please be sure to have rēhava schedule all showings including new home developments or we may not be able to guarantee your rebate.
4. Making an Offer
We are with you every step of the way. A rēhava Agent will walk you through the entire contract and offer process. We take care of all the required paperwork. rēhava will present all offers and help negotiate the transaction to assure you the best possible terms.
5. Closing Concierge
rēhava will manage the entire contract to closing process on your behalf, coordinating inspections, insurance, financing to ensure a successful closing.
6. The rēhava reward
You will receive 50% of the Buyers Agent commission when you use rēhava. This money is applied at closing and appears right on your HUD closing documentation. rēhava can save you thousands in commission when you buy your new home with with us.
