Contract to Closing
The real work begins once the contracts have been signed by you and the seller. Various inspections and obtaining insurance all run on a tight timeline. Both parties are contractually obligated to meet various obligations by agreed upon deadlines.
As a Buyer you are entitled to have inspections performed. If you fail to obtain inspection reports by a given date you may not raise any issues related to inspections and defects.
Contract to Closing
- Setting up inspections on your behalf
- Submitting repair requests to the seller as needed
- Ensuring proper Title Commitments are obtained well in advance of closing
- Coordinate with Mortgage Lenders to obtain final commitment
- Help obtain multiple insurance quotes on your behalf
