    MLS Listing, professional photography, video and a custom website. 80% or more of buyers find their home by using the internet. We are experts in marketing your home online. We encourage you to compare rēhava's online marketing strategies to any other broker.
  4. Install Sign & Lockbox
    We will have a professional rēhava sign installed if permitted, as well as a state of the art electronic lockbox.
  5. Showings, Feedback & Update Reports
    We will coordinate and schedule all showings with you. After showings we obtain detailed showing feedback and deliver these reports to you on a daily basis.
  6. Offers & Contracts
    rēhava will draft all offer and counter offers. Our expert negotiators know how to get top dollar for your home. We help to make sure that all legal requirements have been addressed so you do not have any suprises on closing day.
  7. Escrow
    rēhava will handle all escrows for clients represented by rēhava.
  8. Closing Concierge
    We will manage the entire contract to closing process for you. We will coordinate inspections and repairs and ensure that the buyer's financing and insurance will be in place on time.

    Congratulations on the Sale of your property! Upon closing we will provide you with a CD ROM containing a copy of your entire file,including all documents executed by you at closing.
