Will using a Client Advocate cost me more?

No! There is no cost to the buyer to have a Client Advocate represent you when buying a home. We will give you BACK 50% of our commission whether you purchase a new home or resale home.

New Homes: When you make an offer with a REALTOR representing you the builder will pay the REALTOR a commission. However, if you buy that same home without representation the builder will still charge you same price but you will not be eligible for a rēhava Rebate.

Resale homes: Real estate agents charge the seller around 6% to market their property. When a buyer using a REALTOR purchases the home both the Seller's Agent and your agents split that 6% (We give you BACK 50% of what we receive). If a buyer purchasing this home is not represented the Selling agent receives the whole 6%.
